- What does a pilot cost?
- The 20-minute demo call is free. The pilot is paid: we install ANVE in your office for your team and your own files, and we agree the fee in writing before anything is installed.
- What do you actually need from my office?
- A 20-minute demo call now, then a paid 4-week pilot on one of our own engineering units once they exist, one 30-minute call a month, and honest feedback. In practice that means letting us watch two real meetings or two document workflows. A quotable outcome is optional and never required.
- When will I receive a unit?
- There is no delivery date, and we will not invent one. No sealed unit exists yet: our own unit is in design, and the software runs today on a development machine. The pilot starts when engineering units exist.
- What will ANVE cost?
- Indicative launch prices start at ₹2,99,000 excluding GST (ANVE One), with ANVE Office at ₹4,49,000 (or rent-to-own directly from ANVE at ₹13,999 a month for 48 months, ex-GST, care included) and ANVE Office Pro at ₹9,49,000. Final prices are confirmed after our engineering units are validated. Anything specific to your pilot is agreed in writing.
- How is this different from pre-booking?
- Pre-booking is a ₹999 or US$12 reservation for a place in the pre-launch programme, refundable in full. A pilot is a paid installation in your office, for your team and your own files, and your workflows shape the first release.
- Can a government department or public hospital apply?
- You can apply, and public institutions are exactly who this is built for. Be aware that selling to government in India additionally needs BIS/CRO registration and a GeM listing. Both are on our plan and neither is done, so a public-sector pilot may be limited to an evaluation until they are.
- How many places are left?
- Ten founding pilot places, none confirmed yet. We will say so on this page when that changes, and we will not claim a number we cannot show.
