What does ₹999 / US$12 buy today?
A place in the ANVE pre-launch programme, 15% off the final announced price, lifetime software updates for the included ANVE apps and a founding-member badge. It is not a product sale and it does not oblige you to buy later.
What do the prices on the homepage mean?
They are indicative launch prices, from ₹2,99,000 excluding GST. The final price is announced after our own engineering units are validated, and your 15% benefit applies to that final announced price.
When will I know the final price?
After our own engineering units are validated. You see the full offer before you are asked to confirm anything.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, in full, any time before you confirm a product order in writing. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times apply after issue.
How do I request a refund?
On the terms page, with your Razorpay payment ID and checkout email. A person at ANVEAI reviews and issues it. Nothing moves automatically.
Is delivery or a specification guaranteed?
No. ANVE is in pre-release development and our own sealed unit is in design. A reservation guarantees no date, territory, configuration or certification.
Is my card safe?
Razorpay processes the payment. ANVEAI stores no card or bank details, and your receipt is emailed as soon as the payment is verified.
