ANVE vs Microsoft Copilot.
Which one fits your office?

Short answer. Microsoft 365 Copilot (being renamed Microsoft Copilot) is cloud AI inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, sold per user on top of a qualifying Microsoft 365 licence: US$21 per user per month for Business and US$30 for Enterprise, paid yearly. Processing happens in Microsoft data centres, and in-India processing is expected only by the end of 2026. ANVE runs AI on an appliance inside the office, with no per-user subscription and no data leaving the building.

03

Choose ANVE if

  • Your records cannot be processed in a vendor cloud, in India or abroad.
  • You want one appliance for many people instead of a per-user subscription for each.
