Short answer. The ANVE minutes maker turns a recorded meeting into a transcript, a list of decisions and action items with an owner and a date, on an appliance inside the office. Nothing is sent to a cloud model. In our published harness on five synthetic office meetings, a 4B-class model (gemma3:4b) recalled 34 of 35 facts, assigned 19 of 20 action items to the right owner with none given to the wrong person, and invented no numbers. Five meetings is a smoke test, not a benchmark, and we say so.

Measured, not promised

One run per model, temperature 0.1, five synthetic office meetings with seven facts and four action items each. The owner is the person who does the task, never the person who asked for it.

Status today

Runs today in our current build, on a development machine. No sealed ANVE unit exists yet; our own unit is in design.

A 3B-class model failed the same harness, so ANVE never uses anything smaller than 4B-class for minutes; today’s build runs a 27B-class model by default. Zero misassigned owners on the release harness gates every release.

Questions people ask

Can AI take meeting minutes without the internet?
Yes. A 4B-class model on a 50 TOPS NPU or a laptop-class GPU can transcribe and draft minutes locally. ANVE runs this on an appliance in the office, so recordings and transcripts never leave the building.
How accurate are AI action items?
In our published harness, gemma3:4b assigned 19 of 20 action items to the right owner with zero misassigned and invented no numbers across five meetings. The method and the limits are in engineering note 04.
Who confirms the minutes?
A person. ANVE drafts owners, dates and decisions and marks them for human confirmation before they become part of office memory.

What is not real yet

No sealed ANVE unit exists; every image of the appliance on this site is a labelled render. The software runs today on a development machine. No customers yet, no certifications, no delivery date, and the final price is not announced.

Reservations are ₹999 in India or US$12 elsewhere, refundable in full until you confirm an order in writing (terms). Offices that cannot use cloud AI can apply to be one of ten design partners.
