ANVE: the private AI office, on the record. See what that means

ANVE

Can AI turn documents into audio briefings?
Yes. Script and voice are two jobs, and the voice can run offline.

Short answer. Yes. The job has two parts: a language model writes a short spoken script from the document, and a text-to-speech model reads it aloud. Open voices run offline: Kokoro-82M (Apache 2.0, 82 million parameters) has Hindi and English voices, and AI4Bharat’s Indic Parler-TTS (Apache 2.0) covers 21 languages including Hindi. Quality in Hindi varies, and Kokoro’s own voice list warns that support for non-English languages may be thin. ANVE’s podcast maker writes the script on the box, but narration uses a cloud voice today, so narration needs the internet; local narration is not on ANVE yet.

Script first, voice second

A document read aloud makes poor listening. The script step turns it into spoken language: short sentences, numbers written the way they are said, abbreviations spelled out, and one idea at a time. A three to five minute briefing is a sensible target for most office updates. Read the script as text and fix facts before any audio is made, since errors are much harder to spot when you only hear them.

The voice step then turns the approved script into audio. Two open models show what is available.

What a person must still check

  • The script against the source document, for facts, figures and names.
  • Pronunciation of people’s names, place names, acronyms and brand names. Listen to the whole audio at least once.
  • Numbers, dates and currency read aloud, for example whether ₹2,99,000 is spoken as lakh, crore or digits.
  • Confidentiality. Audio is easy to forward, so a briefing should only contain what the whole audience may hear.
  • Disclosure. Tell listeners the narration is synthetic.
  • Permission, if you ever use a real person’s voice as the model. Do not do so without their written consent.
03

How an office would set this up

  • Choose one regular briefing, such as the weekly decisions note, and a fixed length.
  • Write the script from approved sources only, using a template that opens with the three most important items.
  • Have a person approve the script as text.
  • Test two voices on ten sentences containing your own names and figures, and pick the one that gets them right.
  • Render the audio and store it with the script and the list of sources.
  • Set a retention period for the audio, and review listener feedback after a month.

What ANVE does today

ANVE’s podcast maker turns approved material into a narrated briefing. The script is written on the box, but narration uses a cloud voice today, so the script goes to that service and narration needs the internet. Fully local narration is not on ANVE yet.

The script step runs today in ANVE’s development build. No sealed unit exists yet.

Questions people ask

Can AI read documents aloud in Hindi?
Yes. Open models such as Indic Parler-TTS list Hindi among their languages, and Kokoro-82M has four Hindi voices. Quality varies, so listen to samples of your own text.
Does the audio stay in the office?
With a local voice model it does. In ANVE today, the script is written on the box but narration uses a cloud voice, so the script goes to that service. Local narration is not on ANVE yet.
Can I use these voices commercially?
Both Kokoro-82M and Indic Parler-TTS are released under Apache 2.0, as of October 2026. Check the licence on the exact model files you download.
How is this different from a meeting summary?
A summary is written to be read. A briefing is written to be heard, with shorter sentences and spoken-out numbers, and it needs a voice. The same source can feed both.

What is not real yet

No sealed ANVE unit exists; every image of the appliance on this site is a labelled render. The software runs today on a development machine. No customers yet, no certifications, no delivery date, and the final price is not announced.

Reservations are ₹999 in India or US$12 elsewhere, refundable in full until you confirm an order in writing (terms). Offices that cannot use cloud AI can apply to be one of ten design partners.
